iPhone 13 IMEI test fixtures and QA guide
Apple introduced iPhone 13 in 2021 with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, A15 Bionic and a dual-camera system. Generated values remain synthetic format fixtures even when the selected profile carries this model label.
The model label is not a verified identity
Official sources below validate the visible product facts. They do not validate the legacy profile-to-prefix mapping. Generated values are synthetic 15-digit fixtures for isolated tests, not genuine iPhone 13 records.

Find the IMEI on the real device
On an iPhone, open Settings, choose General, then About and scroll to IMEI. Apple also documents the setup-screen information button and original packaging as alternatives. Hardware and SIM details can vary by model and market.
Apple lists iPhone 13 among models that can show IMEI/MEID on the SIM tray. You can also use Settings → General → About; do not assume that a tray rule applies to every later iPhone or market.
Read Apple Support guidanceWhat a generated fixture can prove
- It contains 15 numeric digits and a calculated Luhn check digit.
- It can exercise parsers, form validation, CSV imports and controlled mock branches.
- It cannot prove allocation, ownership, model, carrier, blacklist, activation, warranty or finance status.
- It should never be submitted to a live identity, carrier, enrollment or device-status system.
Model-specific examples
Safe iPhone 13 QA scenarios
Sibling-model separation
Verify that a base iPhone 13 fixture label is not collapsed into mini, Pro or Pro Max variants in an inventory import.
Checksum error handling
Pair a Luhn-valid fixture with an intentionally corrupted copy to test structural pass and fail paths without a network lookup.
MDM boundary mock
Return a controlled device label and enrollment status from the mock; never infer either one from the generated digits.
